Glitnir Factoring is based in Ålesund, and offers factoring services to local and national clients. Services include, in addition to factoring, financing of outstanding claims and credit insurance.
Glitnir Securities offers advisory, investment products, corporate finance and brokerage services for Norwegian and international clients, with the aim of providing them with higher return on invested capital.
Glitnir Property Group includes the companies Glitnir Norsk Næringsmegling AS, Glitnir Real Estate AS and UNION Eienomskapital. Glitnir Property Group offers a wide range of services within commercial real estate, syndication of real estate projects and financing solutions. Glitnir owns 49% of the shares in the group.
Glitnir Privatøkonomi offers financial planning and advisory services to private clients in 8 offices across Norway.
Glitnir Eiendomsfinans AS is an independent distributor of loans. In close co-operation with the partner banks and financial institutions, the company offers the best interest rates available. Glitnir Eiendomsfinans offer regular mortgages, car financing and ordinary consumer loans.
