• Participation in the Stodir Group acquisition of Keops, creating one of the largest porperty companies in Scandinavia.
• The underwriting of the Icelandair Group IPO in late 2006.
• Underwriting of Tryggingamidstodin share issue in 2006.
• Financing of ONC in conjuction with leading Canadian investors.
• Close co-operation with Glitnir Luxembourg regarding real estate projects in Europe.

• Equity participation in Geysir Green Energy, Geothermal Fund, in 2007. The Fund is one of the largest in the world focusing on geothermal projects.
• Underwriting of American Seafoods Corporation management buy-out in 2006.
• Joint venture with Bakkavor Asia to facilitate Bakkavor's entry in the Asian market .
