Erlendur Magnússon

Managing Director

Erlendur joined Glitnir ten years ago and has led the establishment of the leveraged finance, mezzanine finance and principal finance business units within Glitnir, the business units from which the Total Capital product was formed. Erlendur is currently a non-executive director on the board of Steni Holding AS, a Total Capital portfolio company. Previous banking positions were with Nomura Bank and Scandinavian Bank Group in London (1989-1997). Before entering banking, Erlendur worked for five years in shipping with Eimskip in the Netherlands and in Iceland, and two years as the head of AFS Intercultural Programs in Iceland.

Erlendur has a BA in International Relations from Hamline University, Minnesota and an MSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics.

Natalie Eastham

Executive Director

Natalie joined Glitnir Total Capital in January 2007 and is responsible for origination, structuring, closing and monitoring of Total Capital deals. Natalie is currently a non-executive director on the board of Arthouse Limited, a Total Capital portfolio company. Before joining Glitnir, she spent six years at Citigroup and then gained six years of experience in investing combined debt and equity in mid-market UK deals as part of a team at Close Brothers.

Natalie has an MA in Economics and Politics from the University of Edinburgh and is an Associate Member of the Association for Corporate Treasurers (AMCT).

Victoria Jenkinson

Executive Director

Vickie joined Glitnir in 2004 as a high risk office responsible for work-out assets in the Leveraged Finance team. Within Total Capital, Vickie has been a member of the investment committee and has assisted on transactions in focusing due diligence on key areas of risk.

Prior to joining Glitnir, Vickie headed Deutsche Bank's European Leveraged Debt Hold Portfolio. 

Vickie holds a BSc from Durham University.

Lasitha Perera

Director

Lasitha joined Glitnir in 2006 to focus on originating and executing Total Capital transactions and is currently a non-executive director of TruckEast Limited, a Total Capital portfolio company.

He joined Glitnir from Barclays Leveraged Finance, where he worked for five years, the last three of which were focussed on building the mid-market syndication team.

Lasitha holds an LLB from Bristol University.

Paul Brown

Manager

Paul joined Glitnir in January 2008 to focus on originating and executing Total Capital transactions. Before that, he spent 7 years with Ernst & Young's Corporate Finance division, initially with the Due Diligence team and later with the M&A department, concentrating on mid-market UK deals.

Paul holds the CA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland and a BA in Economics from Durham University.

Emily Bushby

Manager

Emily joined Glitnir in January 2008 to focus on originating and executing Total Capital transactions. Before that, she spent five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, initially with the mid-market Assurance team and later, with the Due Diligence team, concentrating on mid-market UK deals.

Emily holds the ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Exeter.
